Rafusoft may periodically provide updates, bug fixes, and improvements for the SDK. The use of such updates will be governed by these terms, and you are encouraged to regularly check for updates. Rafusoft is not obligated to provide updates, and support for the SDK is subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.
The Anti-Virus SDK, including its code, features, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights to the SDK, including ownership, remain with Rafusoft. This agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Rafusoft’s liability to you for any claims related to the SDK is limited to the amount paid by you for the SDK. Rafusoft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the SDK, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Rafusoft may terminate your right to use the SDK if you violate any of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the SDK and destroy any copies in your possession.
Rafusoft respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. The collection, use, and storage of data related to the SDK will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, which you can review on our website.
This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Rafusoft is headquartered. Any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
Rafusoft reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to use the SDK after modifications are made, you agree to the updated terms.
